  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping occurs the following business day after processing.

Delivery Information

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Provide complete and accurate shipping details during checkout.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or returns. If this occurs, we may need to contact you to update your information, or the order may be canceled to avoid unnecessary complications.
  • Delays may also occur due to customs clearance processes, which are beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear after shipping, depending on the carrier’s processing time.
  • If no tracking information is available initially, it means the carrier has not yet scanned your package. Updates will appear once it’s in their system.

Incorrect Address Policy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you request the carrier to redirect or forward your package after it leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit.
